What is your return & exchange policy?

All products are final sale.

Shipping

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

International Shipping

Not Available At This Time.

Return Packages

If a package is returned to due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for any fees in association with redelivery cost.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

Should your item not make it to its final destination for whatever reason and has not been marked as delivered by the USPS, we will review on a case by case basis for next call of action. Please allow up to 2 weeks to ensure item's delivery.

Refunds will NOT be issued for items which have been marked as delivered. Please contact USPS to locate the parcel with the tracking number provided. If necessary file a claim with USPS. At our discretion, we may provide a discount if you decide to re-order the same items.

Items that are damaged in transit can be replaced on a case by case basis, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged product. Once a package is in the case of USPS it is no longer a liability on EntrepreneuHER 25/8. Each package is checked and inspected before it is shipped. We do our best to accommodate our valued customers and will assist within reason.
